Firebase (backend) and Expo (frontend) has helped me kickstart my own electric scooter rental business in the Scandiavian countries, with an audience of around 100K users, continously growing and expanding to other countries.
Thankful for the awesome people who made Firebase real, and thankful for Google who managed to take it to a whole new level, after releasing Firestore! I have no clue what I'd have done without it.
I'm using it in every single project I start. Keep it up!
I first used Firebase in an app that used an ultrasonic modem to share links to uploaded files with nearby friends. What do *you* use Firebase for? Let us know, and we might feature you!
I started using Firebase in its beta phase, and soon started also answering questions on Stack Overflow about it.
Getting a tweet from the CEO (see 👇) led to me joining the team in my dream role: helping others get started/further with Firebase.
What is your Firebase story? 🔥
We're able to help thousands of people in the U.S. stay active and reach their 🏃♀️🚴♂️ and🏊♀️ goals thanks to the power and scalability of @Firebase. The perfect platform to support our mission!

Back in 2016 I attend my first DevFest. Since I don't have the best equipment, something that works without my pc, free and easy to use is always a plus and one specific workshop by @erolkaftanoglu got me involved with Firebase
💛🔥💙
I used it for auth, app check, data store and for analytics. We are bootstrapped with only me developing so it is important that we have good and affordable services. A big plus is of course that you have @angular libraries … you can see the result on liberous.com
I was looking for an alternative when Parse (the BaaS by Facebook I think) had stopped working. Loved the realtime feature. The fact that the whole app was in sync with the data was insane. Never stopped using it since them. It has its limits but I really enjoy this solution 🔥
